The Education Bureau proposed amendments to the Education Ordinance in February to introduce a teacher practicing certificate system. This will apply to all teachers and principals across all schools, including international and private schools. The certificate will be valid for a maximum of three school years and must be renewed every three years.
The awards have announced 47 shortlisted schools and organizations across more than 20 award categories. Public Choice Award voting has officially closed. ]
The winners will be announced at the awards gala dinner on March 12 at the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel in Wan Chai.
Parents can purchase tickets to attend the gala dinner for USD $250 per person.
